Survey

On the opening page there is a survey form. It tells us who is coming when, and there is an important question about food choices. There will be a vegetarian option at meals. Please fill this out so families assigned their meal know how many people they are feeding, and what to avoid. We know there will be last minute changes, but for family meals we need to know how many people will be at each meal, and what food preferences people have. Please submit the survey by Wednesday June 18th

Meals

Every family has one meal assigned. That family will pay for the meal they are making. Note we are not looking for anything fancy, just simple food to eat.

Beverages

There will always be water and unsweetened tea available in the Stone House. Every family will have a location for their beverages so people making meals don’t need to guess about what other people want to drink. Miner’s store things at the Present Tents, Ben’s store things in the Barnacle Shed, Pete’s store things in the Boat House, Sheldon’s store things on the second floor of the Stone House.

Meetings

There are some meetings planned, so we can discuss a number of issues, however, attend them, or not, your choice. At the QHF meeting the Board will update the family and we would like the family to talk about funding priorities for the future.

Music

We will be doing music Saturday night. Ben and Dan are prepared to play some of the songs we love to sing, but this is a musical family, everyone is encouraged to play whatever they want.

On the CONTACT US page on this website please upload pictures you would like to share, upload text. This website will be maintained for at least one year, so over the summer you can still upload pictures and text during your time at Bay View.
